Collection Agencies - What are they and how do they work?

Small businesses and other organizations that use third party collection agencies to collect money owed. Energy resources, time and human resources required to collect outstanding balances distract their employees to focus on business skills. Of course, collection agencies do not work for free, they charge a percentage of the amounts to be collected with success (usually between 20 and 35 per cent).
