Capital One's ambush of PARKING answerable off acclaim agenda annual to a law firm

Brachfeld and Associates, a collection law firm filed lawsuit against me representing TSYS/Natonal Attorney Network. TSYS (Total System solutions) is the debt collection servicing company for Capital One, who assigns attorney through their National Attorney Network to file Lawsuit against debtor. But Brachfeld and Associates named Capital One as plaintiff, which is a fraud. TSYS recently bought by NCO Group Inc. Case was dismissed in April 2009. Since then Capital One is deliberately PARKING my charged off credit card account to "National Attorney Network" aka Brachfeld and Associates. Capital One is creating false representation or implication that any individual is an attorney or that any communication is from an attorney.
